S “Rocket Saw” saw a month ago

I want to acknowledge the helpfulness of the employee at the Bessie Coleman branch near the airport on 6/1/2026. After dealing with multiple locations that had no idea where fingerprinting services were offered, I walked in and simply asked which branch handled them. She knew instantly, gave me the North Dale Mabry location, and even took the time to write the address down for me. That level of professionalism and basic customer service stood out, especially after a frustrating morning. Helpful, informed, and courteous — and it made a difference.

I visited a USPS post office to apply for my daughter’s passport. The service was excellent — quick and very caring, especially from the lady who helped us. The only negative point was that I couldn’t find a restroom in the waiting area. There was one, but it was closed, which made things difficult. Other than that, everything went well.

I have used this post office for many years and they always been great! No issues at all and I love that they stay open longer then the other post offices, However many years ago they used to be open 24 hours a day, then they cut there hours to midnight, then they cut there hours even more! However they do a great job and I will always use them. And the fact that they are at the the airport is even better!

I had a really frustrating experience with this USPS after purchasing their online address forwarding service. Which was suppose to be a simple process. The official email I received clearly outlined how to update my spouse’s address if could provide proof of surrogacy (I brought our marriage license, as instructed from the email). Despite following those directions, the employees at the post office refused to process the change stating that I can’t change it for him and he needs to be present. It’s incredibly disappointing when customers follow the guidelines provided by USPS themselves, only to be turned away. There seems to be a disconnect between their official policies and what staff are actually enforcing in person. I hope USPS takes steps to better train employees and ensure consistency, because this experience was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.

I have been using this ocation for years and it is the best post office around. I mainly go at night to make sure things get postmarked for that day. I never have to wait long and they are quite efficient. I don't live anywhere near here, but I always come here because I know my packages will get postmarked and get shipped out immediately. When I've tried the ones inside the Shell stations, my packages will sit there for days before being picked up. I see a lot of people come in for the same reason, often with stuff for eBay, so they must trust them with their packages as well.
