I’ve never had a harder time getting my mail delivered. The front desk employees couldn’t care less about concerns and were visibly annoyed when I asked where my undelivered packages were. They would rather lie to your face than go out of their way to do their job.

I’m not sure if it’s the employees or the establishment higher ups but this is up there for one of the worst post offices I’ve been to. If you’re in a rush or need things done in a timely manner this may not be the place to go to. The employees are nice when they have people working and I can understand being short tempered at times when you’re always understaffed. All in all not the best experience.

I have been waiting for my mail in ballot since September 26th and it has yet to be delivered. Cant get anyone on the phone and board of election in chicago is doing nothing. I know a few people who have not received it and all track back to this facility.

Just awful, tried calling them about a missing package. Was ignored a dozen times.
