It's perfectly fine. I mostly just use the self-service kiosk to generate shipping labels and drop it off with the staff at the desk. Always much cheaper than private couriers. Support the USPS so it doesn't get privatized!

12+ people waiting at the self service kiosk. workers at the counter said they were unable to help with anything except purchase of stamps. how is someone at a post office not qualified to scan a pre paid label qr code? i am not saying that folks here are unable to fulfill their job requirements, but truly, how is nobody at the post office able to scan QR codes? i want to note that they usually do but on this particular day, they said none of them could. ….. ?? so frustrated!!

The staff are always nice and helpful to me. I guess I am the only one getting good service.

The worst experience ever. Their hours on the door said they closed at 6pm. When I arrived at 5:30pm, the door was closed and they were not letting people in. The employee behind the door was rude and waved me off while she was staying on a cellphone. When I repeatedly asked why they were closing before the posted closing time, she made a point of demonstratively locking the door.

Update 4/19: I reached out to the head of Customer Experience at the USPS who escalated the issue and had IT resolve it today. This location should now be fully functioning again! For the past 3 weeks (at least - maybe more), this location has had no internet and can only accept exact cash for transactions. They also cannot scan QR codes to print shipping labels.
