If you don't believe reviews, believe this one. The older lady with Grey hair is very unprofessional, very rude and doesn't deserve to serve the public. The worse usps I have ever been to. She gives an attitude for no reason ,always frowning, always angry. Other people seems okay but you see the older lady, avoid her if possible or she is going to ruin your day.

I don’t know what’s going on with the mail carriers but ever since my regular mail carrier left, the deliveries of mail has been horrible and lazy as hell. Right now my area location is under construction along the side walkways and we haven’t seen any mail in a week delivered! We have to go into the office to pick up the mail now and it’s ridiculous! Something needs to be done about the USPS delivery system because lately all the delivery trucks be leaving packages outside of the main entry gate/door and that’s not cool! They don’t answer the phones as well either! This is horrible and unprofessional!!😡

Ms . Smith is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered ! I showed her my confirmation code from over a month ago about my change of address . She stated “that’s informed delivery “ , it clearly states change of address on the confirmation email and successful processing . All she had to do was apologize for their negligence for never forwarding my mail . However , she did not now my personal mail for over a month someone else gained access to due to her negligence and stated it’s nothing she can do . Please don’t waste your breath in going here . She needs to be fired .

I arrived at this post office at opening to retrieve mail that was being held (although I never requested this service). I, along with 4 others that had the idea to come early, waited outside until they finally opened almost 10 minutes late. The gentleman at the window was extremely kind, but unable to help me, so advised me to ring the bell of the window at the other end of the office to summon the supervisor. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, Ms. Scott poked her head out the window and nastily told us “I’ll be back.” 37 minutes later (yes, I timed it) after ringing the bell and knocking (and banging) on the door, another woman called us to a window at the other side of the office. When it was finally my turn (after being in the office an hour and 6 minutes), I began explaining to the older woman how frustrated I was to not be receiving my mail at my residence for over 3 weeks despite getting Informed Delivery messages on the USPS app. She didn’t bother asking any information about me…name, address, etc… and instead berated me saying I “need to purchase a P.O. Box,” that it was “too hot to be talking to” me, and that she wasn’t going to be talked over (although she’s the one that continually interrupted and over-talked me!)! Besides the rude and condescending behavior and conversations of the supervisor and window attendant, the lobby of the office was FILTHY!!! Trash all over the floor and self-service stations in complete disarray and not stocked. How does a business OPEN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING looking that deplorable?!?! I was so disgusted by the lack of service and unresolved issue (as I was informed my mail couldn’t be given to me as it’s apparently illegal to hand it over the counter), that my next trip was to the main Post Office on Harrison to the Office of Consumer Affairs. While I’m not sure if/when I’ll receive my missing mail, I was at least treated with complete dignity, concern, and respect by this office! The Henry W. McGee branch needs to be completely shut down, deep-cleaned, and restaffed to better serve our community!

By far the worst USPS location I’ve dealt with. I’m genuinely disappointed that this office continues to operate at such a low standard. Packages are frequently marked as delivered when they clearly are not, which feels dishonest and unacceptable. On top of that, the staff is consistently unprofessional and rude. This location does not serve the community well and seriously needs accountability, better management, and improved customer service.
