If you want to be discriminated against because you have a child, this is exactly the place to go. The staff at this office were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I will be filing a formal complaint against every employee involved. I have full video evidence showing that they refused to call a manager when I asked and clearly did not want to serve us. I will also be requesting the information of the customer who was ahead of us and told my wife five times that she “should stay at home with the child” and should not bring the child there. (I’d really love to know how you’re supposed to take a passport photo of a child without the child being there. )This harassment is also fully recorded on video. I will be pursuing formal complaints and legal action. If anyone else experienced similar treatment or was unable to get a passport for their child, contact me. I am absolutely not a confrontational person, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable and will not be ignored.

Jerry was amazing! He did a fantastic job taking our baby’s passport picture (got it on the first shot), and took care of the paperwork nice and easy. Super helpful and professional!

We had a passport appointment for our baby and were skipped multiple times despite confirming our order in line. When we asked for a manager, the lady refused and said the passport clerk was the manager, and another customer began yelling at us saying we should stay home if we have a baby while staff did not intervene.

The gentleman by the name of Jerry provides awful customer service, he waste more time talking to the customers about things that doesn’t pertain to his job, for example talking about his wife while the line is running back to the door. Then I asked him was there someone else who can assist him and he was rude in his response. I have observed the behavior of this guy every time I come to this location and it is never good. He does absolutely nothing but waste time talking. My suggestion would be to provide Jerry more training on customer service and not make every encounter about him. He is getting paid to work in a time efficient manner not to waste the time of customers or work the postal clock with laziness. Jerry do better!!!

Genuinely so unhelpful. I got a call about a package and I said that I wanted to come pick it up and I was told the package was being sent down. I arrive at the post office a few hours later and am told that the package is not there, they have no idea when it will be there, and "it's not our job to look for packages".
