Every time I go to this post office, the woman (who many others mention in reviews) is incredibly rude and condescending. And she thinks it’s funny too. I watched her accost 2 customers today and then laugh about it after they left. You never know what someone is going through, or if it’s their first time doing something which they need help with. So disappointed to see the lack of care that she handles customers with. Clearly this employee is miserable, but that’s not a reason to treat others with the same disdain and disrespect you have for yourself. Shoutout to the lady with short hair though, she is always very helpful and kind. Try to time out your place in line to be helped by her rather than the bitter lady who sits on the far left station of the office 😊

The lady with glasses at the front desk of this office (around 4:30 pm) was very hostile and impatient towards me. I asked her for tape, so that I could seal my envelope and she expressed to me angrily, “you need to step aside, so that I can help the other customers behind you. You need to have everything sealed and ready to go.” I proceeded to ask another question when she cuts me off stating, “YOU ARE NOT LISTENING” and reiterated her first statement to me. I was highly upset because this was uncalled for. Very unprofessional, and she made this simple task of mailing an envelope very difficult. If she is having a bad day, do not take it out on customers. This is the first step in customer service training, you have to put customers first and learn how to be accommodating. Please go back and re-learn how to provide good customer care.

Most of the employees are very kind, competent, and helpful, but the place tends to be woefully understaffed (as most post offices are, alas). My beef, though, is that this location closes early on a regular basis. Got there are 5:54 to find another patron tugging on the doors... which were locked, lights out, not a soul to be seen. This place is a habitual offender; this at least the third time in the past year I've found the doors shut pre-6pm—most egregious was something like 5:42—and it's totally inexcusable. I've mailed stuff out multiple times per week for years, and the only other time I found a P.O. closed during operating hours was the one in downtown Minneapolis, which—given that it was burnt to the ground—seemed reasonable. It's a government institution, not a fast food restaurant; if you're open until 6, stay open until 6.

Had the WORST experience with an extremely rude and unprofessional woman employee at 4:30pm 11/19/25. She should be fired immediately and should work in a dungeon next time where she does not have to interact with people. As I was leaving another customer said she was sorry about my experience and that the lady is always rude.

Clean place where the employees are happy to be there. Probably the first time I've seen a USPS employee that was happy and not moving slow as molasses. They promptly stopped what they were doing, made sure I was taken care of and got me out of the door within a few minutes!
