Very slow service. Even with few customers, there was only one staff member on duty, resulting in a long and unnecessary wait.

They lack customer service here. Few times now I’ve tried calling this post office for different package inquiries and I’m always met with rude people answering these phones. It’s upsetting because you attempt to explain why you’re calling but instead they just talk over you. Makes the process that much harder when you have the simplest of questions to get answered.

Reviews of this place are wild and don’t reflect the quality of people here. The guy Hall at the counter who’s been here for many years and all the rest of the staff today and every time I’m in here are go above and beyond. I always see them laughing it up with customers and being helpful too. Today they came around the counter and helped me find the right box, helped package my stuff up with the tape and made sure it was all right. All while being personable and funny and genuinely good human beings. Five stars

I never receive my mail on time. I had to submit a complaint twice and i am still having the same issue. My important mail is somehow always missing. I never had to deal with problems with my mail until now.
