Super friendly workers, very easy process. 10/10 would recommend for all your shipping needs :) Needed envelope that would help keep my documents from bending in the mail, and the staff were knowledgeable and able to recommend the type of envelope to use. The shipping center is in the bookstore, and the shipping center opens 1hr before the bookstore does. I came right when the shipping center opened at 7:30am. To enter, there was a clearly visible sign explaining how to go to the other side's entrance (the door near the coffee stand) and ring a doorbell there. When I rang that doorbell, the staff quickly came over to let me in and help. Super easy to navigate!!

If you are tired of poor services and the ignorant staff of USPS, this branch is the right one for you. Most of the employees are students, but they are very friendly and polite. They always give many pieces of good advice about sending different items to different areas. Sometimes you may have to wait for a long time in line, but mostly the wait time doesn't exceed more than 5~10 minutes.

I am over using the post office. I brought in my wedding invites to make sure I was getting the write pricing and stamps to send them out. I sent out 246 invites. I got 25 back, with black and red writing that they need .21 cents added on. All the rest of my invites were delivered without a problem. My friends who live two houses apart, one of them got it, the other one came back. I weighted them all out at my work on our postage scale. All came out to .46 cent. But only the 25 Igor back need .21 more cents. Plus I have to put them in all new envelopes and new postage on all. I cannot send them out with them having red and black writing on them. So now I have to buy more stamps, can't reuse the ones I is d to send them out with. As of wedding are not stressful or expensive enough! This is so not okay, horrible customer service as well!

Misdelivered my $400 package (also late), tried to blame the shipper (who provided pictures of the label), then blamed sorting, and wont do anything other than bounce me around to different departments to pass blame. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

DHL handed off my package to this location with an incomplete label. I stopped by hoping they would have it. The staff was super friendly and tried their best to help. Very kind.
