Such a kind and patient staff. Fred made my day. What a lovely human being. He spent extra time helping a customer using translator services over the phone. He was patient, warm, welcoming and so helpful throughout the whole process. Almost brought me to tears. A reminder of the beauty in humanity and treating each other with kindness.

Although the national post office may have some frustrating processes, the individuals at this office (and the associated mail carriers) are outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to assist their customers. I imagine they get a lot of frustrated customers, but they continue to be patient and helpful!

To everyone encountering confusion if it’s open or not, what the hours are, etc., use the “Submit an edit” function under the address. Click the option that says “NOT permanently closed”. Add hours at the same time, too. That’s what I did & its surprisingly easy. Google Maps actually responds & fixes problems quickly in past experiences.

A package of mine got a bit lost in the system here due to a bad label and they managed to find it for me. Fred is an absolute delight whenever I've gone here or to the old post office! Glad they were able to use this location while rebuilding

There are open! 1/20/22. Everyone here is SO helpful and friendly. Like legit some if the most friendly USPS people I’ve ever met. Fred and Rick are true gems.
