If I could leave a negative review, I would. I took my son to get his passport started 3/4/2026 afternoon. The attitude from both the front desk staff and the passport processing agent was terrible. When I first arrived, I was told they do not take walk-ins at all. I pulled up the website and reviews saying they would take walk-ins. Later, when the passport agent came out, she said they do take walk-ins but that people with appointments would be seen first and she will not take me as a walk in. The inconsistency and the way it was communicated were frustrating, and both staff members were very rude. Customer service here was extremely disappointing. I did not feel respected as a customer and will not be returning. This unfortunately is where our tax money goes…

Wow! What a cluster! You know what these hours are not correct at all maps took me to the wrong entrance and this is just an administrative offices. I have no idea how to get into the male part even though it says USPS customer parking out front which isn't really out front. It's just a circle drive

USPS is straight trash. Mail is always late or never there. When you ask about it, you are always greeted with attitude and contempt. Horrible, horrible people that hate their job!!

This is by far the WORST USPS I have ever been to and I have lived in five different states. Severely understaffed, extremely slow, and they don’t even open on time (previous experience about a month ago). Takes 15+ minutes to do the most simplest job. Whoever wrote that this branch is great is lying to you. Please get new employees that are efficient and timely

Can get busy especially as they're open until 6pm during the week. They deal with a ton of people who are just awful and always willing to help. Best post office staff in KC hands down!
