This location is not closed but it should be. Open for 1-3 hours a day depending on what they feel like. I paid for a PO Box in the building and the only employee working was in training with no access to a supervisor. She had a major attitude when I asked what I could do to be refunded for the PO Box I’ve already paid for and couldn’t access for 3 weeks until her supervisor is back from vacation. Gave me a no working number to “call her supervisor” as a resolution. Would give 0 stars - wouldn’t even trust this place to send a letter.

I had an issue with my mail and didn’t want to take off work to visit the union station post office. I was greeted promptly and my issues wasn’t resolved but at least I know there is a staffing issue and this is why my mail isn’t being delivered daily. In all honesty is fine. In the future, let people know mail will be delivered once or twice a week due to staffing shortages, especially during tax season.

DO NOT go to this location under any circumstances. Ridiculous security & employees are rude and not helpful. Getting into Fort Knox is probably easier. Glad this federal building is on Trump’s disposal list 👋🏻

Had a passport appointment and Eric was very helpful and had absolutely wonderful customer service. He took his time with everything and was very polite
