The lady at the front desk, treated the gentleman in front of me with so much disrespect. The rest of the room couldn’t do anything, but look around at each other with shock. Very rude for no apparent reason and berated him in front of the whole store simply because he didn’t speak very good English. She then proceeded to take his package and throw it across the room Into the basket. I understand the package isn’t marked as fragile, but it’s not a very good look just to be throwing customers packages around with such a lack of care.

This post office has improved. I can tell they are trying to be nicer now. Wait time wasn't too bad and they had more than one person helping which made things smoother compared to past visits.

The mail carrier will not deliver my mail. Because my dog is locked up way in the back yard. Can't come a loose. Then she was in my yard taking pictures instead of delivering the mail. Now for the fourth time in 2 months I'm not receiving my mail. I've been to the post office numerous of times just for them to get smart with me and tell me not to keep coming back. But I'm getting a lawyer so I can better understand why is this happening all of the ladies is rude except the dark skin one with the dreads she's had been the only one to be helpful. But nothing has been done

Rude front desk worker. Has an attitude while doing her job, feels like you’re talking to a teenager going thru puberty. shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I love that the employees working the front desk have begun to recognize me and will chat and joke with me a bit, even though I almost always show up near closing time at 5 pm. The front desk employees who have helped me over the years are kind, and very honest to me and other customers about what is needed for the employee to help and the correct ways in which things need to be done. I feel like they are all very informative and try to help make each customer's experience as seamless as they can.
