We consistently have mail returned to us indicating it is undeliverable. These envelopes are going to businesses that have been established for multiple years and are addressed correctly. When we contact the businesses, they confirm the address is correct. I am not sure what is happening to the postal system but it is clear there are several issues within the system. I see why people are doing things online and skipping the postal system. Very sad.

Took forever to get my package. Sat at a facility in illinois for over a week with no updates, then after i complain the next day its magically in kc but will take a whole week to get to me from right down the road. It wouldnt matter if its holiday season or not, usps just sucks.

They’re very fast, patient and kind here. I’ve never had a single issue with the employees. People are in such a hurry and get so upset at those poor front desk clerks. They do a great job.

I went today to pick up my package, but the staff there refused to hand it over, claiming that the name did not match. However, the name—as well as the serial number—matches exactly on the receipt I have. Exactly—I provided them with all the evidence proving that this package belongs to me. But it was no use. They were unpleasant to deal with and completely lacking in understanding.):

I would like to comment with zero star ! My package keep sending back and forth from this facility to other facilities , today I want to where it’s been shipped , I have told that they just sent it back again? When I should get my damn package
