I went to the post office to pick up a package and was shocked that the doors were locked and I was unable to enter. The parking lot had a fair share of cars where employees parked. This is the postal system at its worst. It is high time that reforms happen to the post office that include accountability. Today, I lost all trust in the post office. Merchants if you value your customers, you should try the other two carriers for shipment of your products.

The post office has changed over the years. They dont keep alot of supplies for customers in the lobby any more. POSTAL PERSON is not delivering mail to the correct address. Said my mail could not be delivered because of a dog….. I don’t have a dog or a gate….that puts a mark on my address and it’s a lie this has happened more than once then when you call the customer service number THEY ARE NO HELP EITHER…..WTH…..

Parkway station is the best post office in the Kansas City area! The clerks are amazing and the letter carriers are the best in the world.

The only reason why I'm giving this post office a 5 star is because of Shawna (I hope I'm spelling her name right)she is the only one there that goes above and beyond every time she helps me. She is always very nice and professional.

My mailman is cool... But I've lost so many opportunities and been so late on bills important things because of this place. This place needs a whole new crew 100%
