Got to use here to post as the one on 5th street had a security checkpoint and I didn’t have my ID on me cos I’d just walked less than 10 minutes from where I stayed. But access was easy, the lobby was clean, no queues and staff were helpful and polite. And the location is beautiful and has a lot of beautiful art and hotels close by. Nice spot.

The times I've gone in the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Today was no exception. Some people complain about the hours and that they're not open on the weekend. This is really a location meant for those who work in Downtown. In other words, the hours aren't an issue because one can easily go during their break or lunch, and it's an easy walk from most places. The main office is on Broadway, which is about a five minute drive if you must conduct your business outside of this location's hours.

Only open 5 hours a day in downtown Albuquerque is crazy. The drop box is inexplicably located on the other side of the building. Just makes no sense.

Staff often argues with you and is Rude and sometimes yells at you. They take no accountability for the things they do wrong.

I had a wonderful experience at this post office today. My ballot for a local election arrived on the day of the election and the woman running the front desk postmarked it right in front of me so I could know it would count. Thanks for the awesome service!
