Not sure what they are doing but 3 times now they sent away my mail to other states when it arrived from out of state. All the package needed was to be sorted processed and put on a mail delivering truck to be delivered. Why does this keep happening? The the delivery address and zip code are written albuquerque, 87121! Why are you sending it away to only be sent back. Its twice along. Wth!

No one knows what they're doing there. Honest. One person says this, another that because they're so discombobulated, even for Albuquerque. They're also lazy. Avoid their freight.

I went at 5am with an Amazon load. Check in office is in back facing the maverick. They left me waiting a while and didn't come until someone else showed up and banged on the door. They acted like I was supposed to have taken a door before I came in but didn't say so. I had to use their pallet jack and unload myself but it was only two pallets that were so light I could have picked them up and carried them out. Could have been in/out in 10 minutes if I knew their system of docking first and door banging.

I wish if I can give them less than one star. These people are very disrespectful. I sent my driver. With an Amazon load and we're not responsible to touch the freight. They told him you have to unload the trailer or you will be stuck here for hours. I don't recommend this warehouse to nobody be careful guys. And plus I did report them to Amazon.
