Went to Dickerson post office and they closed at 440 said girl was by herself and couldn't see no more people so came to Gallatin road location and there was a line of people at 4:50pm when I got there And she's still waiting on everyone in line and still let people come in after me and wait it on them much better customer service at this location

Experienced multiple occasions where this location is closed prior to posted times. Showed up most recently on Saturday May 17th at 11:55, and doors were locked (posted to be open until 12 noon). When you are able to catch them actually open and operating, the employees appear to be pretty miserable, and the service experience further supports that. Previous reviews seem to document a consistent issue with both early closures (management is non-existent and immature) along with the dismal people working there and the service level being provided.
