Busy place! Plenty of space inside & outside for parking! We went to renew the passport & it was quick! Great customer service!!

Rude employees and poor customer service. I wasted two days because the staff did not seem to know the passport process well. If you need passport services and do not have an appointment, make sure to arrive before 8:00 AM on walk-in days. Otherwise, I would recommend driving to Hendersonville or another location outside of Antioch or Donelson. The extra drive may save you a lot of time and frustration. Best of Luck.

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at this Post Office last Wednesday, 02/04/26, at 1:40pm. The older woman working the front desk has no business being there working with customers. Two out of the three times I've had her as my cashier, she's been incredibly rude for no reason as I am always polite. I never want to return there again all because of her. She refused to do her job of putting my shipping label I had already paid for on my box that was ready to go. She had stuck the label to her computer monitor while I wrote the receiver's name on the box. So I waited to make sure it was done and fit well on the smaller size box. When I told her I was waiting for my label to go on my package to assure it was properly handled before I left, she refused by putting it to the side and called the next person. When I attempted to put it on myself, she yanked MY package away from me and threatened to call the cops on me, and then continued yelling. I wish I suggested she do that because she was the one not doing her job properly, as my package is not to be left with USPS without a shipping label since it's then just an unmarked box at that point, and mine, not hers, until it's properly labeled with where it should go. That was very suspicious of her refusing to put the label on it, making me wonder if she was trying to steal my package. Cruel behavior like that should never be how you treat a customer. Ever. She shouldn't be working at that desk "helping" people and I don't feel very helped with what I paid for. I should've spoken to her boss. I'm absolutely appalled at her wretched and gross, unprofessional, unwarranted mean behavior, and refusal to do her job the RIGHT way, while she accused me of not understanding how a Post Office works. Seems to me she doesn't understand what the right things to do are, clearly. I walked away saying I just wanted to make sure it was handled properly and said, "Thank you," TWICE, as she was still yelling, and I never got to see the label go on my package, leaving me wondering if it would actually be mailed. I'm also surprised the other cashier did not attempt to help when I explained to her what was happening. I know I should've done more and shared my experience with her boss right then and there, but I didn't want to be near her any longer. Absolutely terrible experience that I did not deserve.

I would like to share a positive experience at this post office. There is an Arab gentleman who has assisted me on several occasions, and he is truly an excellent employee. He is very kind, professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about his job. Every time I visit, he makes the experience pleasant and stress-free. His attitude and great customer service are the reason I keep coming back to this same post office whenever I need any service. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication to helping customers.

My son and I set an appointment for our first ever passports. We arrived on time and we were pleasantly greeted and treated with kindness and professionalism which made the experience very pleasant. We were promptly waited on and the process was explained to us all the way through. I highly recommend this location if you are seeking a passport. First timers: just be sure to make an appointment online(well in advance of your trip), read your paperwork and show up on time. Be safe and blessed.
