Mail carrier doesn’t even attempt delivery and just leaves the pink slip in my mail box.. I go to pick up the package and can’t find it.. when found it appeared to be in a back area where staff offices etc. Since then my packages are CONSTANTLY mis-shipped. They get scanned in, then scanned out a dozen times, then get send to multiple other states until I have to call USPS to make a service request. Or they’ll be scanned in and out so they miss delivery and end up being delivered late. If you try to call, no one answers. But when you call the main USPS customer service number and put in a service request they call you, help you, then say things like “next time just call us directly. We’re trying to cut down on people calling the main customer service line.” Yeah. I bet.

Having taken a job near this post office, I've used the facility three times in the past week. What it lacks in size it more than makes up for with customer service. I frequent Nashville post offices for business reasons, and this location has some of the most helpful workers of any post office in town. They're conveniently located near I-40 and never have a line!

Not accommodating at all. Guy at the desk Brad refused to let me utilize some tape to stick my shipping labels on and informed me that I had to pay for tape lol I’m already paying $5 each per box and have already got a pre paid shipping label. Letting someone use tape to secure the shipping label should be like the bare minimum. I have been to numerous post offices and they are typically more accommodating. He felt the need to let me know that they don’t get paid by tax dollars and they make their money selling their shipping supplies…. Just not a good experience. I was also having difficulties putting my box together etc and he didn’t even offer to help and there was no one else inside the post office. I’ve been treated way better at different locations…

Been to this post office three times (it’s not my normal PO but was on the way to work), and customers should be aware of a few things: 1. Does not open on time. Out of three morning visits, this location did not open on time once. One day they opened more than 10 minutes late. 2. They have extremely limited standard packaging options, less than any PO I’ve been at. I can usually find priority large or medium flat rate boxes. They simply don’t carry them, and when asked, are not interested in re-stocking. 3. We were greeted by who I assume was the manager. Very nice! However, she could’ve been more helpful in addressing the customers who have waited since opening time. Overall I realize it’s hard to be a postal worker these days. But, I don’t think the issues this location has are systemic, as I receive much better service and options at my regular PO locations.
