Shari Garcia a month agoStaff was very rude. I arrived at least 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time for my passport, but I was not seen until about 30 minutes later(mind you there was no wait when I got there). After waiting for 30 minutes, I kindly asked if anyone would be able to assist us since people with appointment times after mine had already started lining up. One of the workers responded in a very rude manner and said, “We’ll call you when we’re ready.” I politely explained that I was only asking because I had a scheduled appointment time. The worker then repeated, “We’ll get to you when we get to you.” I was not helped until about 5 minutes later. During that time, I overheard one of the workers say, “Okay, I’ll start taking over the passport line,” to which the other worker responded, “Yeah, I guess if you want to.” Based on the interaction and attitude displayed, it genuinely felt as though the employee did not want to assist customers waiting in the passport line. I understand that working at a post office can get busy, but I do not understand the purpose of having scheduled appointment times if customers are not going to be seen around those times.
Uguumur Oldokh 12 months agoExtremely rude and unhelpful staff — I’d even say discriminatory I lost my package and only found out it was at this location after two days, thanks to phone support. I drove 40 minutes in traffic to pick it up and arrived just 5 minutes after closing time. There were still customers inside, and I politely asked if they could let me in — I even begged. They coldly ignored me and shut the door in my face. They were late delivering my package for days, but I’m the one punished for being 5 minutes late? I understand they have the right to close on time, but this situation was clearly different. They showed zero empathy. Now the tracking status hasn’t updated for 3 days, and I have no idea if they’ll try redelivery or if I have to make the same frustrating trip again. Absolutely terrible experience.
Ryn Williams 9 months agoThe reviews don’t lie. This is the worst place ever!!! Had an appt for a passport at 9am and there is literally one person working and they are not even here for passports! Asked them if they had somebody and his reply was “I don’t know”. So we can set an appointment online be here on time and the employees just say don’t come. The employee here has been rude and has an attitude to everyone in the package line!! WHY ALLOW PEOPLE TO BOOK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PEOPLE TO WORK????? We all have been here since 850 for our 9am appt. As I am writing this it is 920.
Kasi Casillas a month agoThere is a man here of Korean descent who speaks Spanish fluently and whose name I cannot remember, but he was so kind to my friend and me. Thankful for his help and for the efficiency of the entire staff in trying to assist so many people.
William Waller 4 months agoI hope to never have to visit again. Just needed my mail key, took five visits and a month and a half. They miscommunicated, changed the mail key lock twice. Another visit. They refunded my money and I still felt wronged. I’d rather renew my license at the DMV than ever visit this USPS again.
