I love the kind indian lady who worked here today, March 13, 2024. She was very helpful with me change of address and mailing. Much appreciated compared to other Usps location staff! Give her a raise.

I went to this post office today, which closes for lunch at noon and reopens at 1:30 p.m. At 1:35 p.m., I went in and the full service lobby was still closed. I waited about 10 minutes to see if they would return, and heard someone moving around and talking through the back "dutch" entrance. I knocked on the door and waited for a response but did not receive one; however, I could still hear someone in there moving around talking lowly. I continued to knock without response and finally had to loudly ask through the door if anyone was going to be coming back today or if the now full lobby of patrons should go to a different post office. It took two to three times of me loudly asking and ultimately saying "I can hear you in there, can you please respond?" for somebody to finally say "2:00." It is incredibly rude to keep customers waiting outside of normal service center hours without any sort of notice.

Love this USPS location, because of Morein! She is always so kind, courteous, quick and personable. My two year old son often requests we visit Morein, and toddlers don’t just like anyone. Please give this woman a raise and fix the air conditioning! She is a prized employee and should be treated as such.

i had a horrible experience with this USPS location. they mailed my package without scanning the label or giving me a receipt but insisted i was “good to go”. since they didn’t scan it, the tracking number was not updated and nobody knew where my package was for weeks!!!

I had no choice but to give them 1 star since they don't deserve this. I rented a PO Box and my payment was due dec 31. I'm out of the country at the moment and have been for 2 weeks trying to make my payment so my account is not closed. I've called their customer service and they can't take a payment so they forward me to their office number and no answer. Their systems are down, phone doesn't answer and literally no solution has been made. all I get is the runaround and at this point I don't know what else to do so my PO Box is still active when I get back. also their lunch they do it whenever they want they don't respect the times their supposed to be open. please dont go there you will waste your time and end up with a horrible headache.
