I recently had an issue with a delivery from my job because the package wasn’t packed correctly. I was ready to go back and fix it myself, but Bryan Allen stepped in right away and helped me with a great attitude and a genuine smile. He handled everything professionally and made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate his willingness to help and his excellent customer service. I apologize for the late review, as I was searching for the receipt along with other documents. Thank you again for the outstanding support!

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. The staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help customers with basic questions. On top of that, multiple packages have gone missing after being handled here, which is extremely concerning. I no longer trust this post office with important mail or deliveries. USPS seriously needs to investigate what’s going on at this location and improve the professionalism of the employees.

Firts time here good experience but not great the lady who attended me she’s have a some bad attitude young lady we visiting on Monday 24,2025 in the morning 📌📌📌📌📌📌📌📌📌 And we know that she charged me more money📌📌📌📌📌📌📌📌

The parking lot is always messed up. Not sure what's going on but it would be nice if the parking lot can be maintained. I'm sure the ones in the rich areas aren't filled with big craters and holes in their parking lots. The railing was cautioned. This is sad. The workers for the most part are very customer service friendly. I wish the process for retrieving certain mail was similar to how austin does. If it's something too big or doesn't require a signature they leave a key in your box to use to open another box that has the item and the key stays in the box that was holding your item. That would probably solve half the problems at the pickup window.

Well I was going to give a 1 star, but gave 3 instead and this is why. There automated answering service is horrible. Its one of those answering services were it is built to not let you speak to someone. After fighting with that for a while I finally got through just for it to tell me there is a 39min wait. (I am not too upset with that bc it is the week of christmas.) After hanging up (to wait for a call back) I was so upset with the answering service. I was in the middle of giving a 1 star review when I got a call back! Not even 2min had passed! The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. I did not have my question answered as to why I called but it was bc I did not have the correct tracking number she needed but she explained why the tracking number I have does not work, who to call, etc. I would give a 5 star review for her, but that automated phone set up, they need to fix that! Summary, I was super annoyed in the beginning just to be pleasantly surprised very soon after!
