Ty was very very efficient! I was very pleased with his speed of service and helpfulness he provided. He knew exactly how to help and said it simply for someone's first time sipping something.

I really appreciate this location at 17th and Brazos. Always good, kind service. Free 30-minute parking in the close covered lot on Brazos. Doesn't feel like the typical post office lines and experience. Kudos and thank you, USPS!

These employees should keep in mind that many of us have other things we need to do on our lunch hour. I waited in line for 15 minutes, which is unacceptable. They should be as fast as possible, or have another clerk out during the 12-1 hour
