I came here three times now and they have been consistently helpful. This time, I was lucky the staff helped me without having to purchase tape when I was going to pay for flat rate box mailed to a very important family friend in WA. I was so worried that I didn’t bring my own and had to pay extra but she helped with a smile. This place has always great customer service despite the line, they’re very efficient. There are all kinds of mailing items you can purchase for last minute needs well organized with the self help station, separate section on drop box and separate corner for P.O. Boxes which help with the client “traffic” . Lots of parking and great in and out vehicle traffic flow!

The employee working on the PO boxes just before opening hours on 9/17 was incredibly helpful in my package dropoff that morning. She went out of her way to assist and saved me from having to leave work to come back during my work hours. Great service!

The line wasn't long that day, for what it's worth. But when a postal employee "can't confirm if an address is formatted properly" I find that a bit ridiculous. Granted I wanted to mail something to a residence in Mexico, but really? No computer system to help with...addressing mail...?

Came here to change address! It was very quick and literally walk in and out within a minute! I would say it was a good service

It’s a post office. Not sure what to say. The employees are friendly and the line moves fast on the inside. The parking can get crowded during busy times.
