I’ve had an unbelievable number of bad experiences at this location. It is consistently understaffed, which is especially frustrating given how busy it is. On one occasion, I arrived during posted business hours and the office simply didn’t open on time. I’ve also waited 30+ minutes while only one, maybe two, employees worked the counter for a line of nearly 30 people. Even the self-service station regularly has a line of 10+ customers. This location serves far too many people to have these ongoing issues. USPS needs to address the staffing and operational problems here.

USELESS. I waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got up to the counter he told me I needed to write the address and I told him the material of the thing wouldn't let me and he argued with me that it would. The marker wiped RIGHT OFF. And he basically refused to help me at all after that. Don't go there if you are confused about postage, have any questions, or actually need to get things sent out. They are useless at all of that. Now I still have no idea how to send the mail. He should be fired! He kept asking the lady who worked there all the questions people asked him. I assumed he was new which is fine but to then be rude about it and completely dismissive is another thing. Knowledge can be taught, attitude can't.

DO NOT GET A PO BOX AT THIS LOCATION. It has been nothing but a headache dealing with a p.o. box at this location. I keep getting someone else’s mail which fills my box to the point I can’t even get my own mail delivered. I have packages delivered here that can’t even fit in my box, and now those packages have been removed and are currently missing. No where to be found. There is also a homeless camp directly outside the front doors. They are there ALL DAY. This location is not safe. There is also never more than one person working the desk here. Be prepared to wait an hour.

Worst experience I have ever had. My PO Box and all my mail was stopped. No notifications of renewal. They used to out in your box when it was due. Never received an email or message online either. Had the same box for 4 years. They said they don’t do that anymore. Of course they don‘t tell you that either so now I’m stuck having to get a new POBox from a different place and update all my personal information. I now realize why a) people hate going to the post office b) why postal workers hate their life c) why postal workers want other people to try and suffer in their misery by having horrible service.

I felt compelled to write a review because the staff here is always calm, friendly, and helpful despite the usual late-afternoon rushes. They speed through the line while seeming to have sincere interest in helping the patrons.
