My prepaid priority mail package was dropped off early AM on Monday with a travel time of 2-3 days. It didnt even scan into their possession until 5pm Wednesday night. Why pay the extra money to have it sent faster if they don't follow the timeline. Now this wont arrive until Saturday when it should have been delivered tomorrows at the latest.

Great location but long lines usually. I went there the other morning and only one teller, with a long line. I asked if she had help, she said she was the only person there but I could see someone sitting in back. She was very friendly and proffessional though.

This is the worst post office in Austin, furthermore, the mail carrier named Shabri Simms is stealing my mail, leaving mailboxs open deliberately so all packages are stolen. I have repeatedly spoken to 2 separate supervisors, Jessica and another Hispanic male but nothing has changed. I've filed 2 police reports on Shabri Simms for illegally stealing mail packages and intentionally leaving the mailbox open, she is rude , disrespectful, and ignorant and I believe she is the reason all my Amazon packages are being stolen.

Refused to ship my package bc I “came too late” as I’m writing this review they’re still not closed. Theyre just rude and lazy

I have used several post offices in the Austin area. This stands out as the best. The employees are delightful. I always look forward to going here.
