I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roxanna. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue where a sender repeatedly shipped a package to the wrong address despite multiple attempts to correct it. When I called USPS feeling frustrated and worried, Roxanna listened to my concerns with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She immediately took action to help resolve the situation and kept me informed every step of the way. What stood out most was how compassionate and understanding she was throughout the entire process. As a pregnant mom already juggling a lot, her willingness to help and her incredible customer service meant more than I can express. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping people the way Roxanna does. She turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience, and I am so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. USPS is lucky to have an employee like her. Thank you, Roxanna, for going above and beyond. You made a huge difference for me and my family.

It’s not the average post office where you can buy stamps or request a shipping label. All this post office can do for you is take your already paid for shipping labeled/stamped mail or you can pick up your mail.

I had extreme anxiety coming to this post office because of all the reviews but I didn’t have a negative experience at all. My boyfriend lives out of town and bought me a new phone and shipped it to me. He didn’t put the correct address (forgot the apartment number even after I reminded him) and I went to double check that they weren’t holding it. The package got returned to sender but the address was an old address my bf no longer lives at (which was user error again). The guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful, he couldn’t give me the address due to policy but as soon as my bf recognized it he confirmed the address and even joked with my bf to remember to put the apartment number! Now we have to hunt down the package but the customer service was great.

Terrible terrible service this morning took them 30 minutes to even open the door super slow service workers are rude especially the men working in there lazy and not responsive to customers needs in that office they all need to be fired immediately. It’d probably run more smoother with a new team of workers !!!!!

Horrible place to visit the guy is very rude to everyone. With all the mail theft happening everywhere this is the post office I have to pick up my mail
