Staff is kind, helpful, and patient. Last time I went it was really busy but that did not affect the staff's positive attitude and they treated each person with care.

Horrible experience, if I can give a zero I would. F in customer service. They do not want to help you, feels like they get irritated if you ask any questions, if you are not happy working there, quit do not take it out on the customers. I just found out I paid for mailing something that I did not have to pay for ( had QR code) if she would’ve just advised me on the options I have, but she was just in a hurry to get me out. Don’t get me started on the other male worker who was choosing and picking who to be nice to. SMH, they really need a manager onsite.

I went in there for passport photos and was very impressed and how friendly the two ladies that were working the counter. I asked one just to review my application that I was going to mail in in I didn't have an appointment for that but I had an appointment for my pictures but she did so anyways. Make sure you give yourself enough time especially if there's construction that was my problem I left at 11:00 a.m. thinking it was going to be enough time but then there was construction and I was possibly 5 minutes 7 minutes late but they still took me for my appointment I really appreciated that

They NEVER take walk ins or honor times in the website and appointments are during teaching hours. Be professional. No one needs a sassy answer like we are short staffed. I am too which is why I can’t leave my classroom sooner. Horrible office overall. Leave crying always.

The black lady who works there is such a sweetheart, but the old gentleman with weird mustache should learn some manners. He was rude to me today when I was trying to figure out if I could pay for the envelope through the self-service machine. He treated me like I was an idiot. I don't know if he's like that with all the customers, or it's all about not standing young women, but he needs to change his attitude.
