IF you have time to wait in line for half and hour (only 1 worker) to drop off a package and get it scanned then come here. If you dont have time to waste try a different post office. I came yesterday to drop off a laptop in a box, was in line and the worker said if you have something already labeled just drop it off next to her counter. I did, she didn't give any kind of receipt. I kept checking the tracking number, not one update, still shows waiting for item to get dropped off. Came back next day to ask, a different worker said you should if waited in line to get a receipt... basically she said you're SOL and wait another 2 days for some tracking update! Horrible experience!

Package hasn’t moved for 2 weeks and apparently is lost in the warehouse.

This beige woman, with straight brown hair, and a forearm tattoo is extremely passive aggressive and rude. I calmly asked if I could pick up a package and she immediately said no and that if i had any issues to go to her supervisor. If the employees lack common understanding and conflict resolution skills and immediately pull the supervisor card then maybe they are unfit to work there. Poor costumer service and maybe they should keep her in the back if all she can do is offer her supervisor and nothing else.

So your solution to DECREASE vandalism is to REDUCE the opening hours? Doesn't that decrease the number of hours that more postal workers will be around to catch and / 0r identify the culprits responsible for doing it? How could the post office be going under when there's such high level intelligence making amazingly smart decisions like this!!?? SMDH......
