Robert Sanders 3 weeks agoI don’t recommend the use of this post office. They delivered my package to the wrong address and then act like it was my fault. How can you get 4000 confused with 1505? They lost the contents of my package and gave me the run around. This is supposed to be a government job and they’re supposed to take things more seriously! I’ve never had a package delivered to the wrong address until I used this area code. Since, they don’t get held accountable for loosing our packages I’ve been in contact with a lawyer about trying to start a class action lawsuit. I don’t think it’s fair to lose people packages and not be held accountable!
Jasyn Toler (Jay) 3 months ago“I’m just ruthless aren’t I” said by the employee who just watched frank make a sweet girl cry by being completely disrespectful and speaking to her in the most awful tone to the point. It’s embarrassing when I being the customer next to her had to say something. She left crying and the women helping us next to the guy frank (who made the girl cry) said this to us giggling as if it was funny. I watched them be rude and laugh at kicking people out all to go home. They spoke to me and my bestfriend as if we were children referring to us as baby and raising her eyebrows bobbing her head walking us through it as if we couldn’t comprehend on her level. And her body language was embarrassing. I’m not one to complain because everyone has bad days but that was embarrassing for everyone involved. I later told that girl walking out that I’m sorry they spoke to her that way as her friend is holding her crying. Frank and the lady both should be handled appropriately. Never in my years of owning my businesses would I think for a second those are beneficial employees. Absolutley disgusting I left with such a bad stomach ache watching this and none of it happened to me. (The curly hair guy next to them seemed lovely just minded his business and was kind to his customers)
Dean Su 2 months agoNot star for services! Extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience!!! A government-issued document was marked as delivered but never received. When I contacted this USPS office, no real investigation was conducted. Instead, they claimed “mail theft” without providing any actual proof. This appears to be a convenient way to avoid accountability rather than taking responsibility for potential delivery errors. The supervisor showed no empathy, no apology, and no willingness to help. The only suggestion given was to “check the mailbox daily,” which is not a solution. This has caused financial loss, travel disruption, and emotional stress for my family during an urgent situation involving a seriously ill family member. USPS needs to take accountability and improve how these serious issues are handled!!!!
Jorge Rincon a month agoWorst experience. My mail is being stolen and I have a locked mailbox. I have both keys how is that happening. None of my nabors have completed about mail missing so they aren't opening the box. So is it them or what?
M. M. 4 months agoI had 2 packages that are indicated as delivered on USPS website, but I never received them! The made up stories about stolen packages in my area and specifically my mailbox not anywhere else which is weird. Nobody is accountable for this matter, and when I open a claim they close it without any reasonable answer. USPS has a poor service, and this office has one of worse ones.
