I had a very disappointing experience at this United States Postal Service location. The line was extremely long, and instead of helping customers, the two employees behind the counter were busy talking to each other while people were just standing there waiting. There was no sense of urgency, no acknowledgment of the customers, and no effort to move the line. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to everyone’s time. This is exactly the kind of service that gives people a negative impression. When customers take time out of their day to come in, the least they expect is basic attention and efficiency. Very poor service. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.

Just updated my son’s passport here and had such a phenomenal experience. The woman who helped us was incredibly kind, friendly, and informative—she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across service like that these days, and it truly deserves all the stars. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for any of my postal needs.

I went for a passport photo appointment for my baby. The USPS worker named Janice was phenomenal. I normally feel like I’m an inconvenience to most USPS workers. However, Janice gave me the Chick-fil-A experience. She was so kind, caring, and she was working hard to get me back on my way. I wish all USPS workers were like Janice.

We came here to get my daughter's passport renewal done. There's street parking along with parking lot available. We had an appointment, and we were seen within 10 mins of our arrival. The process was quick and easy. There was a line for the mailing area. A lot of people had packages to be sent, so be prepared to wait a little. We also saw a lot of mailboxes, which I imagine you can rent out for receiving mail.

my mail was compromised by this office. I have USPS informed delivery. It’s funny that they left this particular piece of mail off of my USPS deformed delivery. My identity was stolen out of this envelope which had documents with my identification in it when I came to the office and asked to speak to the woman who identified herself as the manager name Miss Houston she laughed in my face, was a very rude and nasty and refused to give me any actual help other than providing me the exact same number to file a complaint on the office when I asked information about the person on the route or was talking to her employees, she scarfed and said I can’t do that. It’d be impossible to figuring it out. You don’t have that many employees at this office. It is an inside ring. I will tell anybody if you have anything with your identification do not mail at this post office. They are stealing identification.
