ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!! Waited for an hour for them to refill label paper in kiosk. One guy said give him a second… 40 mins later—still waiting 🤨 unbelievable

Cost of delivering packages is absolute highway robbery. $10 for light parcels under a pound. Service was slow. Why do USPS mail offices even exist if their business model punishes anything but delivering spam and amazon packages? Might as well go to the UPS stores where the service is faster if I'm getting charged premium rates for standard service.

This location is the best post office in the Upper Kirby neighborhood! (Probably the best in Houston). Each person who works behind the desk is always so patient, helpful, and kind. I often come to this location to ship packages and the customer service is top notch. This location also has a new self-service shipping option as well for those who ship packages with a QR code like me. This makes it easier if there is a line of people waiting or the desk is closed. Even when there is a line at this location, it moves quickly and efficiently. Love this location and appreciate the employees who make the shipping process easier!
