lori monsivais 6 months agoIt took me a while to write this, but I also have time and dates of all calls I have made, and i want to warn people to just go straight to corporate with issues. I have spoken to maybe everyone who probably works there. Not one person can tell me anything or even cares to try and be helpful. The location needs training. But let me get into why im saying that I work at a place that generates letters for people all day with the company logo and information on a letterhead. In April this year, I made a purchase that was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 21st. Since I was out of state till that Sunday, I figured it would be OK. The package was delivered days before the eta, and I got no update. I love that Amazon does that. Their delivery drivers also follow drop-off directions. I have had the carrier knock on my door like I accused her of raiding my home. Very stand offish, but we agreed she would not leave packages in the middle of the walk way for it to get stolen like my last package. I have lived at this address for 4 years and had 2 packages delivered. Neither I ever got to actually hold in my hands. One was books. The other was our 10 year anniversary wedding bands. Very personal, and I assumed that with the amount it was, it would require signature, or i would have to pick it up at their location. Guess not. I called and asked what could be done about a stolen package after putting in a claim online. The company i bought the rings replied within minutes. I waited 2 weeks to hear from the post office. Once I finally did I spoke with a Angela who said she was the supervisor. She said I should contact the company which I replied the company and I have been in contact they are requesting a official letter stating that package were stolen. She sent this info from a personal email written in the body of the message not an official letter PDF. I had to explain to her what an official letter is which she was very confused. As a post office at this point i decided to take the loss. How do you work for the united states postal service and not know how to generate official letters.... she said she would reach out to her RM Keith and ask for help. It is now December:) I have made multiple attempts to contact them THROUGH OUT THE YEAR. Practically begged them to respond to me via email which never happened or to respond to me at all. My new rings that I got in June are beautiful BTW.
Kaylani Logan 8 months agoBefore I drag this post office , I will say the people on the 1800 number are nice and extremely helpful. The people at the post office here are extremely rude . I explained how I live in a duplex . My side of the house is not vacant while the other side is . They say so “is it vacant or not ?” Did you not just hear what I said to you ? The package was delivered and then a minute later updated and scanned as address being vacant . Then they want to tell me well if you would have called earlier it wouldn’t have been sent back .. Excuse me .
Ashley Klassen 7 months agoCame here today at 4:30 and as I was walking up to the door the female employee with braids beat me to the door and locked me out. As she was walking to the door she yelled “NOPE” and continued to lock the other door. lol I reminded her it’s 30 minutes until yall close and stood there- she walked away towards the checkout desk and came back - to open the door with a stank attitude raising her voice telling me the system was down. Meanwhile ol boy walks out with a receipt & told me there wasn’t any issue with his transaction. Call me what you want but that was allllll uncalled for and karma is coming her way…. Other people have jobs too, sometimes that don’t allow them to come whenever and i understand shit happens but this was clearly not the case.
