The clerk that attended me was actually really nice to me and the process was very quick! We should really be more kind to people. U never know what anyone is going through, treating everyone with respect just the way we would like to be treated 😊

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude especially the older Black lady working there. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind or respectful to customers. Definitely won’t be coming back again.

The hours are extremely misleading. The EXTREMELY rude lady that said “get out of my face” as I stood at the door, 40 feet away from her asking for clarification about the hours. Don’t expect anyone to be helpful here. Although there is staff here on Saturday’s, they’ll just berate you if you ask for help or have questions because they’re too busy having conversations and don’t want to be bothered.

The workers there have a stank attitude and unwelcoming presence, I'm sure they hate working there. By far the worst post office I have ever been too. Starting from the beat up sign , to the dark old hallway, to the bad customer service. Says ALOT!! They need to get it together!

I am very confused why my younger sister went to file for her passport the clerk request to keep her birth certificate. This is the fist time I've ever heard of this happening. Is it possible they are doing something illegal. Should I contact someone?
