Amazing service! Ms. Calvert was incredibly helpful! She and her colleague were so kind to me and everyone who walked into that post office! I came in with a very large amount of packages that needed postage. Another post office refused service because they claimed they didn't have enough staff. This post office had two on duty and they went out of their way to make sure I received help.

I wish I had gotten the woman’s name who was working today (Tuesday 10/14/25) because she was amazing. This was the first time in my life I had a positive experience at a USPS. The place was very busy and the line was very long so I assumed it was going to be a rough visit. But the woman working the counter was phenomenal (mind you she was working all by herself too). She treated every guest with the utmost respect and kindness and kept the line moving very professionally. Going to the post office usually puts a damper on my day, but this woman actually had me leaving with a big smile!

Visited this location today and the service was great! Normon was friendly, super helpful and polite. It was quite busy and she attended to customers with care. (Not sure why this location has such low reviews. Definitely not my experience and the only reason I held back one star is not due to service, but the interior could use a refresh). I will use this location in the future.

Google maps and the USPS website show that this location opens at 8am on Saturdays. I was waiting from 845-905 and no postal employee showed up, the office was locked the entire time. Other reviews mention inconsistent hours, it seems the operating hours need to be updated.

I realize post offices tend to get bad rap in terms of reviews (and sometimes for good reason due to poor service), but I have to be honest and give credit where credit is due here. The young lady attending today (8/30/2025) was working solo and the computer system went out, so almost everyone had to complete their business at the self service kiosk. This woman patiently waited long after the office closed at 1pm and guided everyone through the process one after the other, and was very courteous throughout it all, despite the line being long and no A/C!! This woman deserves all the good stuff that's coming to her. Talk about going above and beyond!
