I had the worst experience at the post office the person that was helping me, on my receipt it said (clerk 11) and I believe it was May 26th around 9:45am-10:30am I was applying for a passport for the first time and the guy that was helping me was giving me attitude and making me feel stupid he wasn't welcoming, and was getting upset with me if I didn't know something. I could tell just waiting in line that he was going to be a very difficult person. I don't know if he was having a terrible day but you don't take your anger out on other people just because you hate your job. My mom has work for the Post office for 8 years and even through the hard times she experienced at the post office she is never rude to any customers that needs helps. So, I won't be going to time post office anymore. Just wanted to give people a heads when coming to this location.

Worst experience , the woman employee laughed at me while I was clearly in a rush and concerned about being late. I arrived at the location right when it was supposed to open at 9:00 AM, but the doors were not opened until about 9:10. After waiting for 10 minutes, an employee came out, handed me an envelope, and then left me unattended for another 10 minutes. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 AM, I asked if I could get assistance to mail my package quickly. However, I was not given clear instructions, and I ended up making a mistake when selecting the payment option. Instead of helping, the women employee laughed at me while I was clearly in a rush and concerned about being late. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. I would appreciate better communication, timeliness, and basic courtesy toward customers.

There was a delay in a package and everyone I spoke to from my mail carrier to the supervisor were amazing at helping, and staying in contact with me until it was resolved. Mistakes happen, but the assistance they provided more than made up for it. A complete ownership of the issue and even a apology from the mail carrier for the mishap, despite it not being needed but definitely appreciated.

I arrived before posted closing time on January 28th, 2026to find the employees decided they wanted to go home early that day. I had to wait >30 minutes to use the 1 self-serf kiosk to send a $7 certified letter 30 miles to Katy. It is now. February 6, 2026 and I could have walked the letter to Katy and faster than this! There's no human support to be found calling the USPS numbers, you get the automated system that wants you online, which locks up and fails. Do better USPS!

This site is one of the worst. You couldn't drop off packages for months because the drawer was broken. I went in at noon on a weekday and they were closed, no note or warning. At least the kiosk is usually always open
