I had a frustrating experience at this post office. Only one employee was working the front counter, and instead of focusing on assisting customers, she was engaged in a personal conversation while a line formed. Several customers were visibly frustrated, and direct questions were dismissed or not answered clearly. What should have been a quick visit took nearly 20 minutes, despite only four people being in line. This lack of professionalism and efficiency is unacceptable. Although this location is very close to my home, I would not return based on this experience. Management should address this to ensure basic customer service standards are met.

The worker at the counter would not help print a label. Even though it would take less than one minute. You must stand in line for the kiosk for “self help.” The employee working said they are not allowed to help customers with anything if the kiosk can do it. No one was in line for the employee and there were 10 people waiting for the kiosk. Terrible customer service.

I've lived in quite a few areas across the country and this is by far the absolute WORST USPS I've ever encountered. Not sure where to start but let's start outside. The cement stops that are in front of each lined parking space are either all shoved around and/or broken or both. It makes many of them unusable for larger SUV's and trucks. Get someone out to set them in place with new permanent stakes and paint the lines. A few months ago, one of the light poles actually rusted and broke in half at the entrance and laid across a portion of the ingress/egress for many, many days. Not only is it inexusable this was not rectified the same day but it was also a safety hazard for drivers, especially the large number of elderly, retired folks who frequent the location. Inside, I used to take my prepaid/labeled packages inside to get a printed tracking receipt and was continually told to use the kiosk, which is fine but numerous times I go to use the kiosk, it is either not working or out of paper. Then when you finally are fortunate enought to get it to work, you go to the drum to drop in your package and the thing has a broken handle (nothing to grab), except to palm the drum and try to roll it open in which it barely opens before completely sticking and not moving. This has been like this for months on end. It is absolutely unacceptable for management/supervisors to allow this to continue. Take some pride in your facility both inside and outside and clean up the place and make sure everything is operable and clean. Don't forget, this entity is paid for and funded by taxpayer money and I'm certain all employees make a very decent wage/benefits. It's just another example of what happens when you get the Federal government is involved in a business (i.e. USPS, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security). PLEASE DO BETTER AT THIS LOCATION AS YOUR CUSTOMERS & TAXPAYERS DESERVE MUCH MORE !!!! Now it is June 2026 and still everything is broken and the rude staff is still employed. NOW one of the two front doors has no handle to grab, just the glass door. WORST EVER !!!!

I came here in the afternoon just as many people come here to mail a package using the lunch break, but for some reason they only had one person working at the counter. So the line was long and slow. But since I am here already, I just wait it out for my turn to mail my package. But surely they know they would have more customer during noon time. So they should have more people working at the counter.

The staff are incredibly rude at this post office and refuse to do their job!! Go to literally any other office except for this one! I walk in with my daughter and ask to scan a package with a receipt (theres no line) and the clerk refused and directed me to a machine to drop off the package. I said I would prefer for her to just scan it in for us. She absolutely refused and says she “shutting it down” - I asked her what does that mean? Its 2:45 pm and the front door says the office closes at 5 pm. The manager walks in and says they have been working a long day and arent going to do any more work today, because they are both tired and told us to go elsewhere. Im actually shocked at how these people can be incredibly rude, unprofessional and refusing work and still getting paid by USPS without any repercussions. Just in comparison, 2 days ago i went to a different USPS and requested the same thing (scan package with a receipt) and i did not get any of this behavior
