My son and I both had passport appointments for today. After reading the reviews I was worried I had picked the wrong place to get our passports. However, the staff was amazing. Barbara was polite, efficient, and had both of ours finished within 15 minutes. I had even made a mistake she found! If you need a passport, don't second guess going here. We did not have 1 single issue.

The passport renewal process was an absolute nightmare, despite having my photos and payment sorted. I walk into the post office, ask for the renewal form, and get hit with a wave of attitude from the clerk-like I’m inconveniencing them by existing . Then, after painstakingly filling out the form, I ask a simple question to confirm I did it right, and the staff acts like I’m asking for their firstborn child-eye rolls, curt answers, the works. The form itself? A confusing mess with tiny print and vague instructions that practically beg for mistakes. Submitting it felt like throwing my application into a bureaucratic black hole, with zero reassurance it’d even be processed correctly. Not only that she didn't even tell me the address that I'm supposed to mail it to. She just told me to give her the documentation in an envelope. I'm thinking I'm the best customer they could have all the work was already done. It's just really upsets me that like if you don't like your job, don't work if you don't like your job What are you doing at a place that you serve the community? You would think that these people do not get paid by how upset they are. Someone really needs to investigate this place but I just don't know what it is every time I go to a USPS office. The people have so much attitude.

Worst post office. Went there to pickup a package and one lady was yelling at someone. My package was not there even though I had scheduled it for pickup for that day since apparently they don’t deliver. Went back the next day. The lady that had been yelling the day before dragged my box across the floor (box was then torn). I asked her to assist me to put it in my wagon. She said: “No. It’s heavy.” The box weight on the side says under 39 pounds, but I’m 100% P&T veteran disabled—so sometimes a little help is nice to have—and with two people lifting it, it would have been much easier for me. Plus, I would think a postal worker is supposed to be able to lift at least 20 pounds. She just put it up on her counter. Other issues as well with this location.

Kenya and Preston are so patient and helpful! Makes the whole experience so easy and smooth! They also make the line go by like nothing. Wonderful people

Although the wait was frustratingly long, the customer service was spectacular. Very kind and knowledgeable employees. You can get a passport here, get fingerprints, and tons of other stuff that other locations aren’t able to do. The waiting space is small and can get crammed when there are lots of people waiting. I know some people had a very long line waiting to get their passports - 35+ minute wait. Mixed experiences, but a decent location for mailing services.
