Tine Chez a month agoI’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this USPS location. The lady employee consistently has a rude attitude toward customers and handles packages carelessly, even when they are clearly marked “FRAGILE.” It’s frustrating to trust important items to a shipping service only to watch them be tossed around with no concern. A little professionalism and respect would go a long way. Customers are paying for a service and deserve to be treated respectfully, not with attitude and disregard. I truly hope management addresses this because it reflects badly on the entire location.

R K 3 months agoEach time I’ve come in, I’m greeted by Terrell who is nothing short of amazing! So kind and always willing to help me find the best option for the packages I’m sending, which I am so grateful for as someone who doesn’t even know where to start with all the options given. I always have the best experiences at USPS because of him!

Dan Hartwell 7 months agoCarmen does a great job. Brought in packages for Christmas and she had all 3 labeled and ready in about a minute. Very, very efficient and friendly. This is a great neighborhood post office!
