AMAZING service. Stacy is the absolute best post office clerk I have ever met! He is super friendly and efficient. He makes for such a pleasant post office experience. I appreciate the work ethic and multitasking ability of all of these employees at this location. They keep the lines moving and are ALWAYS open on time which I don’t take for granted based on my experience with other post offices in the area.

The lady in there, at the first desk. She is PHENOMENAL!!! I was in and out within 20 minutes. I had did the application online and it was fast and easy when I got with her. The only warning I will tell you is don’t pay the $190.00 online. She told me it was a scam and I had to pay it with her and got a receipt. I’ve never had a passport before but she is the best. Hats off to USPS for hiring her.

My passport appointment here was great. The appointment started on time, the staff were professional and friendly, and they even did a good job taking pictures of my kids. The whole process was fast and efficient. If you need a passport in the Virginia Beach or Norfolk area, I would highly recommend making an appointment here.

The two gentlemen behind the counters were so friendly and helpful. It was a very busy time I've visited but they were still chatting with people and thanking everyone for their patience. Very nice and friendly atmosphere.

2/9/2026: I had a great experience with Chappell! Welcoming, great energy, and good humor. A true asset to this location! They made the visit smooth and enjoyable, and his professionalism really stood out today.
