Although the line can be busy sometimes and depending on when you go in there it can get alittle crowded but the employees are quick and considerate for drop off items to be sent anywhere needed. Tia is a wonderful employee, she always is very kind and helpful when I get up to the counter. 5 stars highly recommended place to send items to wherever needed. Decent pricing on packing supplies also.

Painfully slow. It almost feels like a prank because of how unbelievably slow this place is. I am literally writing this review while in line. So far I have been here over 15 minutes and only one person has successful sent a package. It appears both workers at the counter have never used the system before because they look incredibly confused. In their defense however, they are very polite.

A real gem in a day and age of technology driven mail and package delivery. This what a small town post office is like yet located in the busy Oceanfront area. The staff are always friendly and professional. They display a genuine desire to assist a customer. Not the biggest facility, yet always stocked with mailing supplies. Large parking area, drive thru letter drop off and convenient location for residents and tourists alike. Never had a bad experience here and will always make this my go to post office in the area. Thank you postal employees!

I know the post office is no one's favorite place to go, but this location is my favorite in Virginia Beach. Everyone that works there is always so friendly and helpful. Sure, there are lines some times, but all the employees there work efficiently to get you taken care of as quickly as they can. I always make a point of going to this location when I need to go to the post office.
