The Viking Rd location has 3 of the best counter service folks when it comes to superlative customer service. Their names Cody, Lisa and Nita! I always hope to be the next customer each time I come in. They lead by example and I wish others would be as pleasant and professional as these two! Update 2025: it's Breast Cancer month 🎀 and look at the glorious job taken to celebrate and bring attention to this dreadful disease! This was such a delight coming in to find so much being done here to support theyhe cause. It's things like this that make visiting my local Post Office so Worthwile! All done with cheer and courtesy and always professional!

Hello this review is for a great gentleman named Kamal I can’t believe he called me today to ease my worries regarding my mail that is hoping around but it’s now making its way to my I thought that was so nice of home I submitted a ticket to find out why I haven’t yet received my priority mail that was scheduled to arrive last week and to get a answer on why has it been hoping around to different distribution centers he explained everything to me and was very clear and he is also very respectful and polite thank you again Mr Kamal.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I walked in this morning when there was absolutely nobody there and the clerk still seemed inconvenience to just scan in four packages. I can get if it was busy, but there was absolutely no other customers. I certainly hope this isn’t how they treat all their patrons.

Hands down the worst post office ever. She literally hates her job? Because why is she so rude? From what I remembered her name is Lisa. I asked for a bubble mailer, a pen and a custom forms because they don’t have anything on their counter. Why she act like I am an inconvenience? Also, she was nice to the person in front of me and when it was my turn she was so rude. The place is also filthy. Maybe next time just get rid of those people and provide it to people that are in need and will do their job.

Good easy in-store experience. As long as you have everything ready, i.e., forms filled out, the package all sealed, and a proper address is in place before you get in line to get the stamp or labels, everything will be smooth sailing, and the line will flow faster as it should.
