I had a great experience at the USPS location on George Mason Dr in Virginia Beach. The staff was professional, courteous, and very efficient. Even though it was busy, the line moved quickly and the team handled each customer with patience and attention. They answered my questions clearly and made the shipping process smooth and stress-free. It’s always refreshing to receive friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend this location!

I had an outstanding customer service experience working with Anthony, a window clerk at the Princess Anne Post Office (2509 George Mason Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23456), on the morning of April 23, 2026. I arrived feeling confused about international shipping—specifically, which box would be best, how pricing worked, and what items would be allowed through customs, as those regulations can change. Anthony took the time to walk me through all of my options clearly and patiently, answering every question with kindness and professionalism. What stood out most was how genuinely invested he was in ensuring my grandson’s gift package would arrive safely in Australia. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you, Anthony. You’ve restored my faith in receiving truly outstanding customer service at this USPS location.

This USPS Facility was doing a great job at delivering all of my packages to the correct address. But today I was supposed to have a very important package delivered today, it said was delivered with all the other package including the mail that was bulded up together. But when I searched through the mail and looked at the package, my package was no were to be found. I've looked all over my property, I've looked inside and out of my mailbox, I've asked asked a few neighbors houses to see if they seen anything, plus I had to call the USPS hotline three times just to talk to someone. I would like an explanation for that, and I hope I receive my item that said it was delivered but never received.😡😡😡😡😡

I used to have great experiences at this post office, especially with Anthony, who is a sweetheart and very helpful, but on 4/16 we dropped off several checks for work at this post office and out of 8 checks, 6 of them never reached their destination. This is unacceptable and unfortunately we had to switch post offices.

Never encountered such helpful and nice post office workers! The two men who regularly work in here the best. The younger gentleman last time I was in went above and beyond to help me send my package to Australia and saved me $30 on shipping. Great overall experience every time I come in here!
