I witnessed one rude male working at the desk acting inconvenienced and completely unhelpful to every customer. Kept disappearing in the back as the line continued to grow. All of the customers in front of me complained of missing packages!

Lovely employees working the desk. The last few times i have gone i have been helped right away. Always greeted with a hello, and a smile.

I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with the manager ( S. Lopez is the name she gave). From the moment our interaction began, she was rude, impatient, and dismissive. Rather than listening to my concerns, she spoke over me, rushed me, and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I was simply trying to explain that I hadn’t been receiving my mail, and that I had received a USPS letter at my old address with a confirmation code that wasn’t working in the system. Instead of allowing me to fully explain the issue, she kept cutting me off repeatedly and made no effort to understand or assist. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional throughout the entire conversation. This is not how any customer let alone someone asking for help with a legitimate issue should be treated. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was astonishing, especially coming from someone in a management role. If this is how customers are handled, it speaks volumes about the leadership. I left the interaction feeling disrespected, ignored, and completely unsupported. This experience was entirely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Hours say five. But still closed? Rude lady blocked the door so no one can get in. I know it’s a holiday eve. But they added their adjusted hours on the door “8 AM to 5 PM” but this rude lady blocked the door with her body and claims to be closed. Unprofessional and rude.

Try calling just to get information. Impossible. Just an automated machine that will not give options to speak to a human. They hate customer service obviously. My question was not a option. This is why the US postal services will be a thing of the past soon.
