I have mixed feelings about this branch. For the most part, I've gotten mail and packages delivered to me with no incident. But there have been 3 separate instances of packages/mail being handled in strange ways since I moved to my current location, which has been less than a year. The first was when I had some medication that was intended for me to sign for upon delivery. The person who delivered it let a random stranger sign and accept it. It was nowhere to be found and mysteriously popped up in the lobby of my apartment complex with other people's packages the next day. Fortunately, it wasn't opened or tampered with. I still have no idea who signed for it and had it. The second time was when the mailman/woman put someone else's mail in my mailbox. I normally wouldn't be upset if it was just ordinary junk mail, and I get that mix ups happen sometimes, but judging by the "pay to the order of" text peaking out of the front of the envelope window, it was a check. Luckily for the intended recipient, I'm honest and know what it's like to have things stolen or lost so I promptly slid it under their door. The third incident was when I had a package marked as delivered in/at my mailbox but it was not received. I checked it shortly after the tracking said it was delivered and it was nowhere to be found and never turned up. And it was not a huge package because what I ordered wasn't big at all. At most I expected it to be in a small box or envelope that could fit in the cluster box. So it was either left out in the open and someone took it, or something more nefarious happened to it. I greatly appreciate the mail carriers who are honest in their work but I don't care for the ones who like to steal or are careless with other people's mail and packages.

This place is horrible. Three times I've complained about their service. First time I was waiting for a package, they said they rang the door bell. I was there all day and they didn't ring. The second time they crammed a package that was almost too big to fit in mailbox. Had to go back to my apartment and get a knife, to cut hole in the box, and put my fingers in to drag it out. This time, they sent me a text saying that my mailbox was too full. I knew that was a lie cause I don't get that much mail. And knew the package was way too big for the package. All they had to do was walk a few steps and ring my bell. But they're too lazy to to that. The postal system needs a new motto, because they don't deliver through regular weather.

One of their managers said they don’t like me because I’m white. Sounds kind of racist. Google deletes almost all of the negative reviews of this station there used to be a lot. They delete negative reviews because the post office is a government entity. Stifling free speech? I think so
