Clerk number 91 she was so unprofessional. DONT BRING YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS LOCATION. I shipped some pigeons and she almost dropped the box because she was scared.. i even showed her the package. She also lied to me and said the package would leave on plane tonight. Birds were dropped off at 11. Almost 24 hours later they are still at the airport… this lady is so u professional and the well-fare of my animals is already in question upon me handing them over… she got her co worker involved because she couldnt handle a small box with birds locked in… so angry at my experience first and last time doing this. The man who took the birds was even sloppy no regard for living animals just snatched the box from the scale

Guys, most post offices are absolutely terrible. This is the opposite. Hundreds of eBay packages dropped off here and not one has been late scanned or lost (the same can't be said for Bay View, West Milwaukee, or especially the two downtown USPS offices). Employees are extremely friendly.

I frequent this post office because it is the only one open late that i can get to after my busy days, today i found that it was closed prior to 8:30pm which was extremely disappointing considering the hours posted say 10pm. It’s disheartening when all the businesses these days do not seem to adhere to their posted hours any longer and simply close whenever they feel. This is a complete inconvenience for your customers, and disappointing to those loyal customers that keep your doors open.

Went in for my passport application , I had all my paperwork, scheduled an appointment, all the information that I need and the lady who was assisting me was so rude. I would ask a simple question and she would respond with snarky rude comments and had such an attitude with me. I get we all have bad days but it honestly seemed like I was an inconvenience the entire time.

Running crazy for a walking passport today, driving many locations no one can help, even the 1800 usps, but this little office helps.
