My mailman has No idea how to deliver mail. He doesn't deserve his route. He leaves my mailbox open in rain or snow. I went to complain and I was told he'd do what he do. My brother was a 3rd shift supervisor and union rep in Seattle. He says nothing you do about it.

I frequent this post office all the time. The black woman with the blonde micro braids always have the worst attitudes when I go there. Understand she's been there for years, but there's no need to be so rude to anybody.

Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.

Am now Power of Attorney so had name change to reflect mine and person I look after. To date, mailers are stating mail has been returned back to them by the Post Office. All I have been receiving is junk mail. I completed a change of name and address form almost a year ago and post office still hasn't straightened the problem up. I'm not receiving important insurance papers, bills, credit cards, terms of use agreements, insurance cards. A lot of junk mail I've received but not the important mail. It appears that the post office has decided what "they" think should be delivered and what should be returned back to the mailer. At this time, I'm not getting our mail but has received mail for individuals who don't even live here. I don't understand how they can deliver mail that clearly doesn't belong to me but will deliver mail that has a name not even on my change of name/address request. Discussed with the manager there who stated that I could come into the post office and pick up the mail. Again, I work and am a caretaker. I don't have the time to pick up when it should be delivered in the first place!!! THEY NEED TO FIX THIS!!!
