I came when it open at 8am had to wait 15 mins until some guy from the post office said they won’t open until 10am. This man told me and 5 different people who were waiting for it to open that. Then I came back at it’s now 2:57pm. and a women said close early. The lady excuse exact words “we can’t help if they’reshort staffed and she was only suppose to be there until 1pm.” She saw me with my two kids. I only had to packages to ship. And this affected my work I had deliveries to make for my job. My gas, my time. If you can’t help y’all short staffed then close down or change the time.

I completely understand all the bad reviews for the last minute closings at random times during the day. That's happened to me, too. So they get a star knocked off for not being able to manage staffing levels. But the staff that work at the counter are really amazing. Be a regular customer there and they will know you. I have a PO Box there and they grab my packages for me to pick up when they see me come in the door so I don't have to wait if there's a line. I had a big mail shipment that didn't have quite the right postage on it and they noticed before it went out and called me so I could come in and fix it. They really are great to their customers.

Been here once. They were unofficially closed during normal hours with a sign that said they'd reopen at 2pm. They reopened at 2:15 while five cars waited for them outside. All 3 workers moved at snail pace. Despite everyone being polite and cordial, they basically refused all requests. First time I've ever had a postal worker refuse to scan my prepaid label upon dropoff. Not sure how these folks remain employed. Never going back, I'll drive the extra miles for people who deserve their jobs.

I went to this location Friday April 25 around 14:00 hours they were closed. I just went again today Monday April 28 at 14:30 they were closed, but you could hear the employees in the back talking and joking around. As an Army Veteran I find it deplorable that the government employs such incompetent people what a waste of space.

For years I have not been receiving all my mail, the employees are unprofessional, the carrier does not ring the door bell when I have a package or certified mail she just drops a "sorry we missed you," pickup slip in the mailbox. When I used to work for them in 2015 I never received my last check until it came in the mail in 2017, with a note that read, "found this in the office." I think mail is being stolen to be honest, I would like them to be investigated. Or they could just be that incompetent that they drop and lose mail often.
