Angela and Monae were just amazing. I’m very thankful for their incredible customer service skills. They were friendly, accommodating and saved me money by being very knowledgeable about their job. They went beyond the call of duty and I appreciated it very much. Thanks!!!!!

This USPS location in West Allis is extremely unreliable for businesses and customers who depend on timely service. I have scheduled multiple package pickups, only for USPS to falsely mark them as “picked up” when no one ever came. This is not a one-time issue. it’s a repeated pattern. As a result, my customers are affected, orders are delayed, and my business credibility is put at risk due to USPS negligence. To make matters worse, the phone line does not work, so there is no way to reach anyone for accountability or resolution. When a government service falsely reports completed work and provides no way to contact them, that is unacceptable. USPS is a critical service for small businesses. This location needs better oversight, honest reporting, and functional communication. Marking packages as picked up when they are not is misleading and damaging. I strongly urge management or the district office to address how this location is being run.

OK, so the location is a bit shady... And the building doesn't look like a post office from across the street. I almost doubted google maps for bringing me here when I searched for the nearest post office. The building is old and raggedy, and the inside looks like it could really use some dusting. But, customer service was top notch for me. I don't usually expect good customer service at post offices. And no, this wasn't the kind of service with a friendly smile and how can I help you. It was more of a, "next! Do you need stamps?" kind of service. But I get that at every post office I've been to. So kind of expected. But, the lady working with me was very efficient, and helped me save some bucks by trying out a different box when I didn't ask for any of that. It was very kind. I respect that.

I was having a hard day when I walk into the Post office. Mrs. Angela must had sense that because she was very helpful and gentle. I ask to schedule a passport appointment. She was not super busy so She help me apply for my passport instead, I face many challenges when it came time to pay for the passport I was almost leaving and feeling defeated after the hard day I was Having. Mr. Joe step in and help me as well from reassuring and helping pay for the passport. Mr. Joe and Mrs. Angela when above and beyond to help me have a better day. Thank you!! they were my Angels Today.

I went to this post office to change my mailing address. Only took 4 minutes to fill out my form to change my address, and saved $1.00 by going in person than changing my address online. They provide info for changing your address for other companies to report your change of address and info for coupons to help with your moving expenses too.
