Rude staff, older guy came in asking questions , they got the supervisor , manager appologize but then a woman came from the back and yelled out have a good day but she said it sarcastically, uncalled for . Should had just apologized an manager should had took over the whole interaction after taking care of him not needing a crew from the back to add to the fire

One of the worst postal service literally I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location because they just ripped an important document and talk to the station manager and demonstrate what happened and they don’t want to accept the mistake even the staff black African girl who did it she didn’t even apologize at all not even once. Spoke to the manager about the issue and she doesn’t want to accept the mistake even though everything was recorded in the surveillance camera. Be CAREFUL whoever is going there. Bc they make mistake and they won’t accept the mistake instead what they will blame it on you.

I had to go pick up some certified mail and the man at the desk thought it was appropriate to comment on my mail. It’s really none of their business and they certainly shouldn’t be commenting on something they know nothing about.

Went to mail a package, and was treated very rudely by the front desk lady. She was in the back for 5 minutes while a line formed, she then told people behind me to wait outside due to capacity limit. She then let someone skip ahead of me that was just directed outside. I could deal with her letting the other person skip me, everyone makes mistakes. However when I got up there, she began speaking very rudely because I didn't have the right size envelope, and was told "just grab one of those." I asked this one, and she rudely replied any of those. After transferring my package I was informed the envelope she told me to grab was 1.79 I don't use the post office so was taken aback that there was a charge. Rather than just explaining that yes there is, she said "nothing is free" in her usual extremely antagonistic condescending tone. Reading through the reviews I'm the 6th person to have had enough of a horrible experience with this lady that has felt compelled to write a review. I almost never write bad reviews. It's ridiculous that because I don't know exactly what postage I'm supposed to have, that I get disrespected and made to feel so horrible. USPS should get rid of her, it's 5 hours later and I'm still upset.

African American girl with the nose piercing was rude. Apparently she doesn't like the bell on the counter being rung, even if you need help and you wait a few minutes for help.
